Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Why do you offer two different colors of Gold?
A: Many of our products come in both Missouri Gold and Bright Gold. Missouri Gold is the official Missouri Tigers color of gold. It is a rich Gold which is unique to the University of Missouri. It is defined officially as Pantone color #131C. This is the Gold seen all over campus on all signs, logos, the basketball court, and the Zou. It is a great color and not to be confused with former golds used like Athletic Gold, Old Gold, & Vegas Gold. We carry Missouri Gold whenever it is available to us as a choice for merchandise. Bright Gold is the color most seen at Missouri Football & Basketball games for t-shirts & sweatshirts because it stands out so well at all the "Be Bold-Wear Gold" games. We give you the choice of Golds whenever we can and let you decide.
Q: What are my choices for payment?
A: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover. We do not accept checks, cash, or COD's.
Q: How do i send you an email?
A: Email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What if a product you ordered is sold out?
A: If it is on our website, we have it. The only rare exception is if several orders for the same thing are placed at about the same time and we did not have enough time to take it off our website. In that case, we will email you (please give us a current email address) about the backorder and give you the choices to cancel the order, change the item, or have us ship it immediately when it comes in.
Q: What about sales tax?
A: Sales tax is only charged for orders shipped within Missouri. The sales tax rate is 6.850%.
Q: What's with all the jokes mixed in with the product pictures?
A: We are going for the unexpected smile from you. They are not printed on the back of the shirt, part of the product, or for sale anywhere. If you are a kansas jayhawk fan, too bad...we always feel sorry for you.
