If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, please contact our customer service page or email us at email@example.com. We accept any return or exchange as long as the item/s have not been used, washed, or worn and are returned within 30 days of purchase. If you are someone who likes to purchase gifts for Christmas early, we will extend the time to return/exchange to 30 days from Christmas Day. Clearance/sale items and discontinued products are final sale and are not returnable. Please review your order for accuracy of credit info, shipping address, color and design and size choices. Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may incur additional shipping charges to reship. If you ever receive an item that is flawed or shipped to you by mistake, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reimburse you for your normal shipping costs to return it within 30 days.
